Are your products tested on animals?
All of Sacred Child Beauty products are 100% cruelty-free. We do not perform any type or form of pre or post animal testing. We love ANIMALS!

Why aren’t your products vegan?
There are some highly moisturizing, high performing natural ingredients made by animals, you know. Mother nature really knows what she is doing. We only work with partners that procure their animal by-products, like beeswax and lanolin, from cruelty free sources. We want everyone to be happy from our customers to our ingredient sources.

Do your products contain mica?
All of Sacred Child Beauty products are 100% mica free. We use synthetic mica where needed. Hey, where do you think we get our sparkle from? 

Why don’t your products contain mica?
We are aware of the ethical concerns surrounding the mining industry, the environment and the use of child labor and we won’t be a party to it. We have forgone mica until the mining industry is better regulated throughout the world.

Why aren’t all of your packaging recyclable?
Sustainability is a huge deal for Sacred Child Beauty. After years of sourcing, we have not found any packaging that is satisfactory in terms of pricing, certification, and look. Being a small, indie brand means we can’t always move on every initiative we want to at the same time. Once we are a little bigger and can afford it, our plan is to create our own packaging that is fully sustainable, gorgeous and affordable. The total package.

I noticed slight imperfections in my lipsticks appearance (small bubbles, etc.) Does this mean there is something wrong with it?
We have high standards and a very special, highly moisturizing and pigment-full formulation. That special formula is also hand poured— yes, by humans. This means you might see some slight imperfections from time to time.

It felt like my first application of lipstick was not totally smooth. Does this mean there is something wrong with it?
Again, we have high standards and a very special “clean,” highly moisturizing and pigment-full formulation. That special formula needs a little warm up time. Don’t we all… Tiffany definitely does after first waking up… After a few swipes of your “clean,” luscious color we promise you will only notice your gorgeous, colorful pucker!

Shipping?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally processing times are within 5-7 business days and exclude federal holidays. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, limited edition releases, and promotions.
  • We will notify you as soon as your order ships or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.
  • We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS or air and ground transportation strikes or delays once the package has exited the United States.
  • Packages undeliverable by USPS will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our facility

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via USPS.

I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this time frame may be extended during and immediately after launches.

Do you offer returns?
You can return your items for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Please note, Sacred Child Beauty reserves the right to refuse all returns. Please email help@sacredchildbeauty.com

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customers must provide photos of the issue and include a packing slip.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at help@sacredchildbeauty.com with your inquiry.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, but by setting up an account, you become a Sacred Child Beauty VIP member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

Can I change my order once I've placed it?'
No. Once you place an order, it is final.
