There’s something about the Fall/Winter season that has me obsessing over Parisian style and makeup trends even more than usual. From their chic and simple, yet elegant looks, to their effortless beauty regiment, I’m listening and taking notes! This season is all about the cat eye. I’m going to share with you a “how to” on achieving the perfect French girl cat eye for your next night out, featuring Sacred Child Beauty products.
Products You’ll Need For Your Cat Eye...
Liquid eyeliner, my favorite is Stila’s “Stay All Day” liquid eyeliner.
The Steps For Your Cat Eye:
Start by outlining your desired wing shape on both eyes to ensure your wing is perfectly even. Once this is complete, glide your liquid eyeliner across the edge of your lid.
To achieve the effortless look the French does oh so well, use your fingertips to smudge your eyeliner. This immediately gives a smoky eye effect.
Pick up your liquid liner once more and fill in any gaps and draw between your lashes for a bolder look. Go bold or go home, am I right?!
- Now for the lashes. Grab your SCB primer and apply one coat and fan to dry (tip: don’t fan dry the primer too much or it will make the mascara application a little challenging). Finish your cat eye by applying your SCB mascara. I usually apply two to three coats but whatever you prefer, works! Our mascara is perfectly buildable to suit any occasion.
